A Conversation With… Michelle Planche, founder of Paradigm Events in Toronto, Ontario. Michelle has been involved in fashion and the arts from a young age. Her career in event planning started with an original event – a “living resume” as she referred to it in the interview – The Art of Fashion.

Paradigm specializes in large gatherings, such as galas and festivals. Michelle has founded several festivals of her own that are big hits – from a series of Craft Brew Festivals to a Girls Getaway Weekend in Muskoka.

Michelle is also a professor, teaching Event Management and Entrepreneurship, and she is the host of EventTV!
