What are some ways to personalize a corporate event?

With our ever evolving industry, its imperative that we find ways to personalize corporate events by including a fair amount of virtual aspects. Not only have we simplified and customized the registration process for many businesses but we’ve also included many virtual activations that fit the theme of the event. Knowing the purpose of the event helps us tap into our creativity and create experiences that fit the mold of the theme. One of our favourite creations was creating a custom silent DJ Party at a non-profit art exhibition, to ensure the inclusivity for all types of artists.

What is your favorite city for events and why?

One of our favourite cities for events is Los Angeles. The reason we love Los Angeles so much is because of the versatility when it comes to venues. We’ve had clients that asked us to create a vacation themed event and brought it to life with the help of the many beaches, venues that surrounded them, and phenomenal vendors. We’ve had a client that wanted to create a Night in Dubai experience and was able to incorporate the cuisine, music, and visuals because of the luxurious hotels/venues that exist in LA. Los Angeles is a city that encompasses a plethora of vibes, great energy, and continues to impress each and every one of our in-town and out-of-town clients.

What are some practices to follow that will help you to create the Wow factor that attendees seek with a limited budget?

One of the main practices to follow to ensure a WOW factor with a limited budget is to focus on the details. Through our history of working with many corporate companies, we’ve realized that most solely look at the bigger picture. Although the bigger picture is important, the attendees are the ones that experience and appreciate the “little things” that are just really known as the details. Take the time to think about where your attendees will spend the most time and customize that area of your event even more. Using your budget to create a memorable experience in a short amount of time is also far more effective than aiming to throw a lengthy event with an extensive timeline.

How do you measure the success of an event?

We measure the success of an event in a multitude of ways. During the initial planning process we use a planning software to keep track of all analytics to be able to assess all details of the event. A few ways we measure success is with post event testimonials, monitoring social media activity, and post event sales.

Overall, a successful event leads to better recognition and with recognition comes increased revenue, which in the eyes of the majority of our clients translates to success.
